The Disassembly of Doreen Durand

After witnessing from her apartment window the killing of two young boys by a hit and run driver, Doreen Durand lies low, alone and friendless, refusing to answer the door or her phone to the investigating police. When she runs away she is picked up and protected by the mysterious Violet Cascade, wealthy and powerful. As Officer Solloway continues to pursue Doreen, a surreal game of cat and mouse begins.
