Designed in China

Many Chinese designers have established their own brands by virtue of combining aesthetics and Chinese design elements in their works. "Designed in China" is a title which introduces and presents excellent Chinese design works in the recent two years. Chapters in this book will be arranged by brands, incorporating furniture, home accessories, fashion, jewelry, etc. Each design appearing in this book will be accompanied by texts explaining name, time, material and concept of the work. It is believed that this book will be an inspiration for design students and product designers with its elaboration on design concepts and rich cases. By the way, as you may have noticed in the leaflet, "New Works", "New Faces" is a new title in the series of "China Contemporary Art". It will present the most important events, phenomena, artists and artworks in Chinese contemporary art in the eyes of critics, curators, media professionals and art professionals.
